Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Pachranga. We strive to deliver our products to you in the best possible condition. Our products are perishable, oil-based items, and we have stringent quality checks in place to ensure their integrity during packaging and transit. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making any purchase.

1. No Returns or Cancellations Post Dispatch

All purchases made through www.pachrangapickles.co.in are final. Once an order has been placed and dispatched from our facility, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded, except under the specific conditions mentioned below.

2. Replacement Eligibility

Replacements will only be considered in the following cases:

  • The product is damaged or leaking at the time of delivery
  • The product has expired at the time of receipt
  • The product was incorrectly delivered (wrong item)

To request a replacement, customers must:

  • Email us at support@pachrangapickles.co.in within 24 hours of receiving the product
  • Share clear photos/videos of:
    • The external package and shipping label
    • The tampered/damaged product
    • The batch number and expiry date
  • Attach a valid proof of purchase

Our Quality Control team will evaluate the product for any defects related to its quality, and if the defect is confirmed, we will replace the product with a new one.

Note: Replacements are offered at our sole discretion and only after internal quality assessment by our team.

3. Conditions Not Eligible for Replacement or Refund

We will not issue any replacement or refund in the following cases:

  • If the customer damages the product deliberately or due to mishandling (e.g., piercing the pouch/jar, breaking the seal, improper storage)
  • If the product is opened, used, or tampered with
  • If the customer claims dissatisfaction based on taste, smell, oil quantity, or personal expectations, without any quality defect
  • If the product has been stored incorrectly (e.g., not stored in a cool, dry place as instructed)
  • If leakage/spillage occurs after delivery due to the customer’s mishandling
  • Minor dents or oiliness on the external packaging that do not affect product quality or safety
  • If the customer refuses delivery without a reason or is unavailable repeatedly

4. Shelf Life & Usage Responsibility

Each product carries a marked "Best Before" date. We only ship items well within their shelf life. Claims related to dissatisfaction with shelf life will not be entertained unless:

  • The product received has less than 20% shelf life remaining at the time of delivery (excluding clearance/discounted stock)

Customers are responsible for verifying the expiry date at the time of order and for using the product per storage guidelines.

5. Intentional Fraud & Abuse of Policy

To protect against fraudulent claims, any product returned for analysis must:

  • Be in its original packaging
  • Be at least 75% full by weight or volume
  • Not showing signs of tampering or malicious damage

We reserve the right to deny returns/replacements if the returned item fails our inspection or if the intent to abuse this policy is suspected.

6. Refunds (If Applicable)

Refunds will only be issued in the following scenarios:

  • If a replacement product is unavailable
  • If the product was never delivered due to our error, or a non-serviceable area

Once a refund is approved by our team, it will be initiated within 7 business days and credited via the original mode of payment. Refunds may take 5–10 working days to reflect, depending on your bank.

7. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order before it is processed/shipped. Once shipped, no cancellation is possible.

  • Orders cancelled before dispatch will be refunded in full within 5–7 business days.
