Order Placement & Acceptance
By confirming your purchase at the end of the checkout process, you agree to accept and pay for the products selected, as well as any shipping and handling charges and applicable taxes.
Pachranga International Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:
- Limitations on product availability
- Inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information
- Concerns flagged by our payment or fraud detection systems
- Any other reason deemed necessary
If an order is cancelled after your payment method has been charged, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
We also reserve the right to limit the quantity of items purchased per person, per household, or per order without prior notice. Orders suspected to be placed for resale (purchasing with the intention of commercial redistribution) may be rejected or modified at our discretion.
General Shipping Terms
We strive to ensure the timely and secure delivery of all products purchased through the Pachranga website. Orders of ₹1500 or more (after applying discounts/taxes) qualify for free shipping across serviceable PIN codes in India. For orders below ₹1500, nominal shipping charges will apply and will be displayed at checkout.
All orders are dispatched from our facility in Panipat, Haryana, using trusted courier partners. Risk of loss and ownership of the products pass to you once the package is handed over to the courier.
We are not liable for shipments received and signed by individuals other than the customer or at addresses entered incorrectly during order placement. Orders will not be redirected or redelivered once in transit.
We do not currently support in-person pickups or same-day handovers.
Packaging & Handling Charges
We take great care to ensure that your products are delivered in perfect condition. All orders are packed using specialised materials such as bubble wrap, corrugated boxes, tamper-proof tapes, and other protective elements suitable for food-grade products like pickles and preserves.
A nominal packaging and handling charge is already included in the product price, so you are not charged separately at checkout for this. This ensures safe, hygienic, and secure delivery of your order.
Delivery Timeframes
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days and are delivered within 3–7 working days, depending on the delivery location and courier service. Delays may occur due to weather, public holidays, logistics issues, or force majeure events.
A tracking ID will be shared via SMS/email once the package is dispatched. You can use this ID to track your order through the courier’s website or our tracking page.
Change of Delivery Address
Requests to change delivery addresses must be made within 12 hours of placing the order or before the order is dispatched—whichever is earlier. Any such changes may incur additional delivery charges.
Serviceable Pin Codes
You can check if we deliver to your area using the PIN code checker available on the cart or checkout page. Our delivery coverage is regularly updated, so please check back if your area is currently unserviceable.
Damaged, Leaked, or Tampered Parcels
In case you receive a parcel that appears to be damaged, tampered with, leaking, or pilfered:
- Kindly email us at support@pachrangapickles.co.in within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- Do not use or discard the product.
- Please share:
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the parcel (including the external box and internal product packaging)
- The order number
- Preserve the packaging for at least 3–4 days post-delivery for potential inspection or pickup by our team.
If the damage/leakage/pilferage is confirmed upon evaluation by our Quality Control team, we will send a replacement free of cost. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for prepaid or COD orders.
Returns Due to Non-Acceptance or Repeated Cancellations
To ensure fair usage and protect genuine customers, we reserve the right to:
- Charge ₹149 shipping on all future orders for accounts with a high frequency of returns or refusals.
- Disable Cash on Delivery (COD) for such accounts.
Shipping charges will not be refunded if an order is returned without cause or refused at the time of delivery.
Policy Updates
Pachranga reserves the right to update this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of the website constitutes your acceptance of such updates.
